We’re looking for someone to join our sales team who understands technology, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help us build something together.

You don’t have to be a traditional salesperson. What matters more to us is that you’re curious, communicative, and enjoy understanding customers and processes.

What you do with us

Present software & inspire customers

You present our solutions to prospects and customers, deliver hands-on demos, and explain features in a clear and compelling way.

Understand processes & help shape solutions

You analyze warehouse and logistics processes and work together with customers, product management, and development teams to create the right digital solutions.

Coordinate workshops, projects & collaboration

You lead workshops and conversations as an equal partner, support projects through to go-live, and ensure smooth collaboration between everyone involved.

On the road visiting clients and attending events

You regularly visit customers, attend trade fairs and events, and represent MIA Systems externally.

Establish a new product in the market

You actively support the launch of our new product and help position it successfully in the market together with us.

What you need to bring

Interest in logistics & digitalization

You’re passionate about modern software solutions, digital processes, and the world of warehouse and logistics systems.

Strong communication skills & a professional presence

You enjoy connecting with people, communicate confidently, and impress with a professional yet approachable presence.

Technical understanding & willingness to learn

You’re interested in technical concepts, think in a solution-oriented way, and quickly get up to speed with new topics.

Initiative & a hands-on mentality

You work independently, contribute your own ideas, and enjoy taking an active hands-on approach.

Willingness to travel

You enjoy being on the move and look forward to visiting customers, trade fairs, and events on site.

Nice to have

Experience with logistics software & digital projects

You already have experience with WMS, ERP, or logistics processes and bring an understanding of software development, IT projects, or digital solutions.

Experience in consulting, sales, or presales

You already have experience in technical sales, consulting, or presales and feel comfortable working closely with customers.
