“Mark” is the name of the intelligent glove from the innovative Munich-based start-up ProGlove, which makes work faster, safer and more ergonomic. The glove with built-in sensors and scanner adapts perfectly to the worker’s natural hand movements, thus enabling “hands-free picking”. This means that the worker does not need to reach for the scanning gun, can work with both hands and at the same time receives direct feedback: the ProGlove glove has an acoustic, haptic and visual signal.
The economic advantages of the ProGlove glove are obvious: small, light and fast. Today’s industrial work processes are already so optimized that it only takes seconds to increase competitiveness. MIA therefore offers its customers efficient and innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
ProGlove has equipped its glove with a wearable scanner for 1D and 2D barcodes. This means that users in industry and logistics do not have to restructure their existing processes, but can seamlessly integrate the practical scanner. Another plus point is the uncomplicated installation. The access point supplied is connected to the I-Point Touch via USB. After a brief pairing between the glove and access point, you can start scanning straight away. The surface of the glove has a textile trigger on each finger that works perfectly with the I-Point Touch.
