Thursday evening. The sun is low in the sky, and the smell of sausages is in the air. In our MIA garden, the fire crackles, and a few meters away, two colleagues are engaged in a heated duel—at the football table.
What sounds like a relaxed summer evening is exactly that—and a wonderful example of how we live our team culture: uncomplicated, genuine, and without a big stage.
Sausages, beer, and good conversation
Whether you’re a developer, project manager, or member of management, at Grill & Chill, everyone is treated as equals. Sitting on concrete stools and deck chairs around the fire, with a cool drink in hand, we laugh, chat, and sometimes even discuss things—but never about deadlines.
For us, evenings like these are not mandatory events, but an integral part of our team spirit.
We firmly believe that powerful software is created by teams who know and trust each other – and enjoy working together. And that works best when you also meet outside of the workplace.
