Reaching the desired goal with agile methods and design thinking
Agile procedures are the ideal complement to this approach. Scrum is the method used at MIA. It makes it possible to keep the focus on the essentials during implementation and to react quickly to changes. The product owner – the expert for the processes – defines the user stories together with the team – the specification with the desired goal, acceptance criteria and test definitions.
The UX/UI team then takes care of the user-friendliness of the feature – detailed, interactive prototypes are already available to the customer and the development team during the conception phase. The development team implements the requirements in short sprints of 3 weeks and QA carries out the rollout directly after the sprints – executable and tested partial results are thus available to the user for the entire duration of the project.
The user and the actual goal are always the focus during implementation.
