You will conduct on-site workshops, analyze processes, identify potential for optimization and jointly develop tailored solutions to make processes more efficient and sustainable.

Create requirements specifications

You create precise requirements specifications, translate customer requirements into clear documents and lay the foundation for smooth, targeted project implementation.

Support for our existing customers and project management

You are the central point of contact for existing customers, provide reliable support for their projects and implement their wishes in the best possible way. With an overview and coordination, you lead the team to success together with the customer – from planning to implementation. In this way, you strengthen customer relationships and ensure tailor-made solutions.

Interface between customers and development

In this key role, you combine customer wishes, technical requirements and project goals, translate needs for the development team and ensure clear communication. In this way, you ensure efficient, targeted implementation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
