Pick-by-Light is the ideal addition to the MIA I-Point Touch for manual picking. Different items are stored in the bin with a flexible compartment division. The automatic transport system (goods-to-person) delivers the loading equipment from the small parts warehouse to the workstation. Pick-by-light uses a light signal to ensure that the employee picks up or places the correct goods from the correct compartment. High storage density, increased efficiency, no picking errors.
Pick-by-Light enables the reliable identification of removal or storage positions. It consists of a stationary high-power LED light source that generates a light spot in the removal or storage compartment with the aid of a controllable mirror.

Handling is optimally complemented by the combination of I-Point Touch, hands-free scanners from Proglove, Pick-by-Light and the integrated scales. The touchscreen provides clear and detailed information on the current process step. The hands-free scanner enables 100% scan control without having to reach for the scanner. Pick-by-Light reduces search times in the container and enables a secure grip. The scale checks the plausibility of the quantity removed.
