You make our customers familiar with our software. In training sessions, you explain functions, answer questions and ensure that key users can work safely and efficiently with the system.
You are the central point of contact when it comes to updates and adjustments. Together with the project team, you discuss new requirements, clarify open issues and keep everyone involved up to date.
If required, you will represent our helpdesk team, analyze support cases and help to resolve technical queries quickly. Your practical knowledge from tests and customer assignments makes you an important interface in the support process.
Ideally, you have completed an IT apprenticeship and have already gained experience in the configuration and support of system environments. Your technical know-how helps you to understand and adapt complex systems.
As the central interface between our technology and our customers, you recognize their needs precisely. You know how to put technical requirements into practice and ensure that customers receive the best possible support from commissioning to “go live”.
You are the direct contact person for our customers during the commissioning processes and tests. With your commitment and technical understanding, you ensure that all processes run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.
You work independently and in an organized manner, always maintain an overview and set priorities in a targeted manner. This enables you to act reliably even in challenging situations.
With your enthusiasm for technology and your communication skills, you have a positive and open personality. You are motivated to take on challenges and look forward to finding and implementing solutions.
